“Richard Taylor has led Carnegie-based ImbuTec, which performs general construction services, electrical construction services, and on-call electrical services, for close to 15 years. A graduate of Georgetown University with a law degree from Tulane University, Taylor’s career has covered government affairs, energy services, regulatory practices and environmental issues, including state and federal appointments. As CEO of the Macedonia Development Corp., Taylor helped lead the development of housing and other community revitalization efforts in the Hill District. He remains on the Macedonia board, as well as the boards of The Pittsburgh Foundation and the University of Pittsburgh’s Institute of Politics.”
