At ImbuTec, safety is a core value.  Our focus on safety is not only critical to protecting the welfare of our workforce, it is also a conscious part of our strategy for ensuring the quality of the services we provide our customers. We hold employees and field staff at every level responsible for maintaining a safe workplace, and for utilizing safe construction practices.

Our goal is to maintain a zero-incident safety record.  Our commitment to safety is best demonstrated by the numbers.  ImbuTec has an EMR (Experience Modification Rate) of -5%.  Our accomplishments include:

  • Lost time incident rate of 0.00
  • Current OSHA incident rate of 0.00
  • All key foremen receive OSHA 10 & 30 hour training.

DRUG FREE WORKPLACE

ImbuTec is also committed to maintaining a drug-free workplace.  Compliance with this policy is a condition of continued employment, and it is enforced by our practice of performing random drug tests.
